America is grateful Veterans Day is a holiday that the public celebrates on the anniversary of the end of World War 1, to honor US veterans of all wars. November 11 was the date World War 1 ended so that became the date to celebrate Veterans Day. Veterans Day means a lot because the celebration is about honor Americas Veterans have and the love of their country that they would risk their lives for. Their willingness to serve and sacrifice them selves to their country is a heroic feeling because they are doing it for the common good. The people of America are grateful for the soldiers sacrifice that we want to honor them to have their own special day to feel honored.
Reflection: Veterans day makes me proud that our country has a special day to let the soldiers know that we are grateful for their sacrifices. I to want to serves our country and protect America from any harm. Few of my family members have been soldiers and i want to follow in their steps. I am grateful that soldiers risk their lives to protect their country.
