I think this video means that even when Justin was ill and has a condition the football players still made him feel like he was part if the team. They did not judge him or downgraded him just because he was a ill person they treated him fairly. When Justin made that touch down his whole life turned around everyone saw him as a truly football player with no disabilities. Justin's football team appreciated him and treasured him.
